Mark set up his home delivery dinners at the beginning of lockdown. Although this was something Mark had wanted to try for some time, the circumstances surrounding Covid 19 provided the momentum to get on with it!

Three months and 242 dinners later.......and Mark is delighted with the support and feedback for his new business venture. His home-cooked dinners, delivered piping hot to your door, has been a welcome sight at many homes, from Husthwaite to Ripon! As well as providing relief for many of us from the burden of daily cooking, he has contributed to two 60th Birthday celebrations, a 17th Birthday dinner and even connected two families from Carlton Husthwaite and Stillington dining on ZOOM with a Lobster Thermidor meal (that's quite and achievement!).

Sourcing local produce, his reputation for great quality has helped him earn the title of resident chef for people staying at Ruffus's Roost at The Hideaway.
