Grease Singalong
Following the success of last year's Mamma Mia sing-a-long evening, we are reprising our popular musical movie event with the biggest hit of 1978, Grease! At Husthwaite Village Hall on Friday 28th April at 7.30pm, watch the movie and sing-a-long to classics such as "Summer Nights", "Hopelessly Devoted to You" and "You're The One That I Want....ooh, ooh, ooh"
This timelessly funny story of 1950's teenage love, peer pressure and cliques has gained fans in every generation thanks to a great cast, catchy soundtrack and endlessly quotable lines. How much of a fan are you? For example; did you know that Grease may be the word, but it is never said once in the entire script!
Husthwaite Hall will be transformed into Rydell High for the evening. Bar opens at 7.00pm with retro priced wine at only £7 a bottle (while stocks last) and movie screening at 7.30pm (Cert PG-13).
During the interval we will also be serving hot dogs and ice-cream soda's.
