Tour de Yorkshire is Coming Your Way!!


You may be aware that Stage 3 of the ‘Tour de Yorkshire' is coming to Hambleton on Sunday 1st May, with the first of the ‘King of the Mountains' stages being held on the climb up "Côte de Sutton Bank". 
If you would like to get involved in the event please find below details of how to join Welcome to Yorkshire's ‘Tour Maker' team. If you would like to become a ‘Tour Maker' please follow the link to the survey and submit your details. Welcome to Yorkshire is going to be holding a half-day training session at Camp Hill near Bedale on Saturday 12th March. Please note ‘Tour Makers' may have to be available on one or more days during the Tour and be may be asked to travel outside of Hambleton to support the event elsewhere in the County.

If you are unable to give this level of commitment the District Council is also co-ordinating localised volunteer support for activities taking place on the 1st May only, for which training will also be available.
