Description:

The circular sheet of stamps were on the subject of ‘Weather’. Royal Mail asked for a different format for the set of four stamps and I had the idea of dividing a barometer face into four and commissioned the illustrator Tony Meeuwissen to provide the decorative face. They were voted the most popular set that year.
